Okra And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced okra
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 c. diced onions
    6 fresh tomatoes, cubed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry okra in oil; add celery and onion. Cook until slightly brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Drain off excess grease.
    Return to heat; add tomatoes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer approximately 40 minutes.
