Barley Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. barley
    5 c. water
    2 tsp sea salt
    1 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 onion diced
    1 carrot diced
    1 rib celery
    2-3 c. zucchini
Preparation
    Other vegetables can be substituted.
