Baked French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices whole wheat bread
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) evaporated skim milk
    2 whole eggs, plus 4 egg whites or 1 c. liquid egg substitute
    1/3 c. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Lightly coat 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with nonstick vegetable spray. Arrange bread slices in bottom of pan.
    Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well using a whisk or eggbeater.
    Pour mixture over bread.
    Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
