Dolmades - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped fine
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    1 tsp. parsley, chopped fine
    2 tsp. ginger, chopped fine
    1 heaping tsp. curry powder
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. currants
    1/2 c. toasted pine nuts or slivered almonds
    1 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pt. jar grape leaves in salt brine
    juice of 4 limes
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix first 12 ingredients.
    Spread out 1 grape leaf at a time. Put 1 to 2 teaspoons of filling (depending on leaf size) at lower end of leaf (about the bottom 1/4 of leaf).
    Fold both sides into center and roll from bottom towards stem.
    They should look like short fat cigars.
    Place rolls in casserole barely covering with water and 1/3 of lemon juice.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Remove from oven and while still hot, add remaining lemon juice and olive oil.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve cold. Makes about 35.
