Smoked Salmon And Penne(Or Chicken, Or Shrimp) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    2 chopped shallots
    1 - 1-1/2 lbs. Roma tomatoes, seeded
    1 c. fish stock OR chicken stock OR clam juice
    1 lb. cooked smoked salmon
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. minced chives
    1 lb. cooked penne
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown the garlic and shallots in the olive oil.
    Add the diced tomatoes.
    Add the 1 c. liquid you've chosen; stir well.
    Add the salmon, lemon juice, chives and pasta; stir well.
    Heat through and add 1/2 c. sour cream.
    Serve immediately.
