Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper and egg.
    Shape into small balls.
    Place in skillet; cover with soup and water.
    Cover and cook until steaming.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
