Ingredients

1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
2 small pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Crust 1/2 package Oreos.
Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Mix pudding with milk and set aside.
In large glass bowl put margarine, sugar and cream cheese.
Microwave until melted; stir.
Add Cool Whip; stir again.
Add pudding; mix well. Pour mixture over Oreos in pan.
Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle on top.
Chill well.
