Colcannon With Kale Or Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. white potatoes
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cut kale or 1 pkg. spinach
3 Tbsp. minced onion
3 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to hot (400\u00b0).
Peel potatoes; cut into quarters. Place in saucepan with water and salt.
Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Drain and mash.
