Meringue Shells(Elegant Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, at room temperature
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until frothy, using electric mixer.
    Start adding sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, as whites continue to beat.
    Continue to beat until all sugar is used and meringue is stiff.
