Crab Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. crab meat
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
4 slices bread, cubed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 to 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 beaten egg
hot sauce to taste
Preparation

Saute onions and parsley until soft in margarine; drain.
Mix well with rest of ingredients. Form in cakes and dust with flour. Fry in small amount of hot oil.
