Turtle Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/3 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    1 (12 1/4 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and salt.
    Add butter, mixing until crumbly.
    Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for topping.
    Press remaining mixture into bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
