Easy Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 stick butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Stir together all ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with bacon, if desired.
