*Screwball Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Mix together oil, vanilla, vinegar and cold water.
    Add all at once to dry ingredients and blend together well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in an 8 x 8-inch cake pan or make 1 1/2 dozen cupcakes.
    Serves 9.
