Pavlova(Australian Meringue Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pt. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    assorted sliced fruits (kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Preparation
    Whip egg whites to soft peaks.
    Add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, whipping 5 to 10 minutes until firm peaks form.
    Lower speed and fold in vinegar and cornstarch for 1 minute.
    Grease pizza pan.
    Cut brown paper to fit and grease that, also.
    Mound and round edges with spatula, not coming near the edges.
