Corned Beef Hash(Great Easy Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. peeled and cubed potatoes
    salt and pepper
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 chopped bunch green onion tops
    1 can Libby's corned beef
    3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Fry potatoes (that have been salted and peppered) until cooked down.
    Add onions and garlic.
    Add corned beef; stir together.
    Add 1 quart of water and simmer 1/2 hour or until potatoes are cooked. Add water, as needed.
    Good with cornbread.
