Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken stuffing mix
    1 stick oleo
    3 c. cooked and drained yellow squash
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 grated carrot
    1 medium onion
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped or sliced
Preparation
    Mix stuffing mix with oleo.
    Press half of mixture in bottom of casserole.
    Save other half.
    Mix together remaining ingredients. After you have mixed, put on top of the stuffing mix in casserole and then top with remaining mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
