Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Head Cabbage (Shredded)
    1 Large Onion (Shredded)
    1 1/2 - 2 tsp. Salt
    2 Tbsp. Sugar
    1 c. Oil
    1 c. Vinegar
    1 tsp. Celery Seed
    2 Tbsp. Mustard (Optional)
Preparation
    1. Bring the ingredients to and put over alternating cabbage, onion, and 3/4 c. more sugar in layers.
    2. Put lid over whole mixture and let chill for 12 hours.
