Sweet-Sour Beans And Sprouts(5 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans (fresh), trim and cut into long strips
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar and soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh bean sprouts
Preparation
    Steam or boil green beans and bean sprouts until just tender. Saute onions in oil until golden; add remaining ingredients and bean sprouts cooking liquid.
    Heat, then add beans and sprouts. Stir to mix and heat through.
    Serve.
    Save liquid.
