Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add all other ingredients except Chinese noodles.
    Bake in covered casserole dish for 30 minutes.
    Add Chinese noodles to top.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
