Italian Butter Nut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs, separated
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. ground walnuts
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and egg yolks.
    Add flour, baking powder and lemon.
    When done, form small balls.
    Dip in egg whites which have been slightly beaten.
    Then roll in ground nuts.
    Press cherry on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
