Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. raw carrot, grated
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add carrot and nuts. Blend well.
    Baking time is 55 minutes in a Bundt pan at 375\u00b0 for the first 20 minutes, then turn oven to 350\u00b0 It freezes well, too.
