Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
    1 (26 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Stir in cream cheese.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and about 3/4 can of water.
    Mix in cooked egg noodles.
    Season with salt and pepper and heat thoroughly before serving.
