Mom'S Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans minced clams
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 green pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
dash of Tabasco
dash of red cayenne pepper
Preparation

Need a 9-inch pie plate.
Simmer the clams and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
Mince and simmer the other ingredients in the butter until soft.
Combine the 2 mixtures.
Add 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs.
Top with crumbled Velveeta cheese or grated cheese and coat with paprika.
Bake in oven 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with Triscuits or other crackers.
