Crab Shala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. crab claws
    1 c. crab meat (lump)
    1/2 c. crab claw meat
    1/2 c. shrimp
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. whitefish fillet
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. clam juice
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add onion; cook over low heat for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Stir the cornstarch into the skillet; cook 3 minutes more.
    Add water, clam juice and seasonings; slowly cook for 5 minutes.
    Add crab meat, shrimp, fish and crab claws; cook until heated through (about 20 minutes on low heat).
