Katie'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. powdered sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Mix together in bowl and knead.
    Mix well.
    Turn out on well floured board.
    Roll out to about 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with 3 1/2-inch cutter.
    Brush on melted butter.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
