Crock-Pot Collard Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch collard greens, stems removed, cut up and washed
    salt and pepper
    2 caps vinegar
    2 ham hocks, smoked
    4 neckbones, smoked
    soul food seasoning to taste
Preparation
    May use smoked turkey wings in place of ham hocks and neckbones.
