Beef With Red Wine Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 lb.) top round steak or London broil
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic juice
    1 c. red wine
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. dried whole oregano
Preparation
    Place steak in a shallow dish or zip top heavy-duty plastic bag.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well. Pour marinade over steak. Cover or seal and chill 8 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade.
    Grill over medium (300\u00b0 to 400\u00b0) coals for 7 to 9 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
    To serve, slice grilled steak across the grain into thin slices.
    Yields about 6 servings.
