Broiled Fish A La Acapulco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. tequila
    2 Tbsp. dry vermouth
    1/2 tsp. dry dill weed
    1/2 tsp. oregano, rubbed
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Prepare fish, marinate in remaining ingredients for 30 minutes.
    Place on a greased sizzle platter.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Broil until done (do not turn).
    Remove to plate, keep warm.
    Place platter on burner.
    Add marinade and reduce juices by 1/2.
    Return fish to hot platter and baste with juices.
    Serve.
