Chicken-Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
    1 c. regular rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1 fryer chicken
    paprika
Preparation
    Stir together the mushroom soup, milk, onion mix and undrained mushrooms; set aside 1/2 cup mixture.
    Stir uncooked rice and vegetables into remaining soup mixture.
    Turn rice into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Arrange chicken pieces on top.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
