Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
3 qt. popcorn
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Melt butter, brown sugar and Karo in 1.5-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil; let boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, then baking soda. Stir until mixture rises. Pour over popcorn. Put in 2 baking pans (sprayed with Pam) in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
