Chocolate Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in bowl in order given.
    Beat for 3 minutes.
    Grease muffin tins or use paper liners.
    Fill slightly more than 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes approximately 18 cupcakes.
    Recipe over 50 years old.
