Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 pie crust
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Mix together the yolks, sugar, milk, salt, flour, vanilla and butter.
Fold mixture into egg whites.
Pour into crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
