Tuna Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 lb. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. salt
    3 cans tuna
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix the flour, baking powder, water, butter and salt to make the dough.
    Knead the dough into a soft mass.
    Form the mass like a Mexican tortilla.
    For each made-up tortilla, add some tuna; fold them in half and, with a fork, pinch the edges to tighten.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
