Ingredients

2/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 oz. milk chocolate chips
1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar Macadamia nuts, chopped coarse
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat butter, egg, sugars and vanilla at medium-high speed until fluffy.
Add flour, beating on low speed until just mixed. Add nuts and chips.
Chill 1 hour.
Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 13 minutes.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
