Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 c. corn flakes
    butter
    1 c. mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix beef, onion, salt, pepper, eggs and 1 1/4 cups milk.
    Roll corn flakes into crumbs and add to first mixture.
    Mix well and roll into balls.
    Put in skillet and brown in a small amount of butter over low heat.
    Add remaining milk and mushroom soup and simmer about 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
