Cabbage Beef(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 medium cabbage head
1 can chili beans or kidney beans
1 qt. tomato juice
salt and pepper
chili powder
dash of garlic powder
Preparation

Cook ground beef and drain well in colander.
Spray hot water over beef to get all fat off.
Combine cabbage, beans and tomato juice and add salt, pepper and chili powder to taste.
Simmer until cabbage is well done.
