Potato Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 sticks margarine
    2 egg yolks
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. crushed potato chips
    1 c. chopped nut meats or 1/2 c. chopped nut meats and 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and margarine; add the egg yolks.
    Beat until light and creamy.
    Add vanilla, flour and salt.
    Blend well.
    Fold in the potato chips, coconut and chopped nuts until well mixed. Shape into balls, about the size of walnuts.
    Roll in granulated sugar and press down lightly with a fork on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.
    A nice change.
    A cookie that's not too sweet but nice and crunchy.
