Sue'S Icebox Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 egg whites
    4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter and brush onto crust; bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Blend milk, yolks and lemon juice.
    Beat well.
    Pour into pie shell.
