Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium bell peppers
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. cooked and crumbled ground beef
    1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Wash the peppers; remove centers, cores and seeds.
    Cook in boiling water for about 10 minutes or until tender.
    Mix the cooked rice, meat, 1/4 cup of tomato sauce and seasonings in a bowl.
    Stuff cooked peppers with the rice mixture.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    In a shallow dish, put the rest of the tomato sauce.
    Place the stuffed peppers in the sauce and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Spoon baking sauce over each pepper and serve while hot.
