Candied Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. pork chops
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 chopped onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place pork chops in a 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Salt and pepper. Sprinkle onion, spices and sugar over the chops.
    Cook in a 425\u00b0 oven until nicely done and glazed (about 30 minutes).
