Black-Eyed Pea Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen peas
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 bay leaf
    1 can tomatoes
    3 strips bacon
Preparation
    Fry bacon in a large covered pan.
    Remove the bacon and add onion, bell pepper, bay leaf and celery.
    Saute until tender.
    Add peas, tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover the pan and simmer for 3 hours.
