Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. sherry
    1 c. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. mushrooms, chopped
    4 oz. crab meat, drained (or cooked shrimp)
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt margarine.
    Add flour; stir.
    Add milk and soup.
    Lower to simmer.
    Add egg, mushrooms, cheese and crab; stir well.
    Simmer until cheese melts.
    Add sherry and stir.
    Pour into lightly buttered ramekins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbly and brown on top (approximately 30 minutes).
    Excellent side dish with steak.
