Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. raw rhubarb, cut up and put in bottom of pan
6 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Cream the sugar and butter.
Add flour, salt and baking powder.
Alternate with milk.
Spread over rhubarb.
Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch; spread over batter.
Pour 2 cups boiling water over that and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
