Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oleo, melted
    1 large onion, sauteed in oleo
    2 pkg. chopped, frozen spinach, cooked and drained completely
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Refrigerate at least one hour. Roll into balls and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
