Hamburger Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium zucchini, chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped
6 Tbsp. oleo, melted
2 1/4 c. stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
Preparation

Cook zucchini and onion in boiling water until tender (drain). In large bowl, mix all ingredients (using Stove Top dressing mix, any flavor; dry and seasoning packet).
Bake in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
