Congealed Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans solid light tuna
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. finely chopped boiled eggs
    1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    2 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    pimento (optional)
    sliced stuffed green olives (optional)
Preparation
    Mix tuna, onion, celery, eggs and olives.
    Mix mayonnaise, gelatin, lemon juice and pepper sauce.
    Add to tuna mixture. Decorate with strips of pimento and stuffed olives.
    Refrigerate to congeal.
