Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. water
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Melt shortening in water.
    Let come to a boil.
    Add flour and salt.
    Stir into boiling mixture; keep cooking until it forms a smooth ball.
    Remove from heat; cool 1 minute.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well with beater after each egg.
    The mixture will be glossy and smooth.
