Ingredients

2 c. cooked beets, sliced
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Heat ingredients to boiling and pour over sliced beets. Put in
jars.
Process
in
boiling water bath 30 minutes (or store in refrigerator).
