Quick Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. leftover meat, chopped (beef or chicken)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 bouillon cube (beef or chicken)
    1 uncooked potato, cubed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, brown meat in heated oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until potato is tender.
    Serves 4.
