Black Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. black beans
    2 large onions, chopped
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder or 3 large garlic cloves, crushed
    4 to 5 tsp. olive oil or cooking oil
    3 medium bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Rinse beans with water and pick out bad beans and dirt.
    Soak beans in water 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
    Saute onions and green pepper in oil.
    Add garlic and oregano.
    Set aside while cooking beans.
    Put beans and cup of water in pressure cooker.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cook 1 hour at medium heat.
    When beans are soft, add sauteed mixture.
